Aims and scope

Fruits is a scientific journal for original articles and reviews on fruit crops in temperate, Mediterranean, subtropical and tropical regions. Fruits covers a wide range of subjects (agronomy, physiology, genetics, crop protection, postharvest storage, product processing and marketing). Nevertheless, present priorities are related to papers regarding Cultivation and crop management of underutilised fruits species, Integrated management of fruit pests and Environmental risks and fruit studies in relation with consumer's health .
